Kia Works With eBay to Sell Cars Online

Kia Motors is going to try selling new cars on eBay Motors. eBay says South Korea's Kia is "the major automaker to create a nationwide selling place in eBay." Other car companies experimented with selling cars on eBay, for example GM, but it was a regional test only - this would go nationwide.

The Kia Sportage has become one of the most inexpensive vehicles to insure in the U.S. today.

The 2010 Kia Sportage was named one of the top ten SUVs and Crossovers to have the lower interest expanse in 2010. Edmunds.com gave Kia this rating based on a five-year projection on insurance costs.

Kia Reports Having Their Best Quarter Ever

2010's second quarter has been excellent for Kia's 18 year history. They reached a new sales record after their strong June results. Kia sold 93,373 vehicles in one quarter, a best for the Korean auto maker.

Currently this year, Kia has sold 33,467 of their newest Forte model. 7,467 of those sales were made in June. These numbers should not be surprising, given the awards and accolades the Forte has received.
